Our short-term mission trips operate under the oversight of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America, and we seek to carry out missions from a consistently Reformed and Biblical perspective. Our mission efforts are open to all Christians who are members in good standing in their local Church and who desire to serve and glorify Christ, encourage the saints, and reach the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ and who will submit themselves to the leadership of the local church served on the mission field.
Our beliefs all stem from a full commitment to the authority of the Bible as the inerrant, infallible Word of God. This means that we believe in the Triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We acknowledge our total inability to save ourselves and, in faith, depend on Christ alone as our Savior. We acknowledge Him as Covenant Lord in every area of life, and we vow together to advance His Kingdom on earth.
We believe that God desires His Church to set forth clear statements of her system of doctrine that can be supported from Scripture. We therefore accept as our creed, or subordinate standards, The Westminster Confession of Faith and the Larger and Shorter Catechisms. In addition to these doctrinal statements, we adhere to the Testimony of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America, which is our continuing application of God’s written word to the world and the church of today.
We believe that God’s Word clearly sets forth how He is to be worshiped. The reading and exposition of the Word of God are the central focus of our worship. Our musical praise employs God’s Word only, thus making use of the divinely inspired Book of Psalms of the Bible. In keeping with the New Testament Church’s directive for heart worship, we sing without the aid of musical instruments.
Provide Service Opportunities
To help God's people develop a servant’s heart and to seek actively to serve God in their congregations, communities, schools, homes, and workplaces.
Encourage Future Service
To introduce people to Christian missions and service, opening up opportunities for them to use the gifts and talents God has given them to serve in the church, and to encourage them to consider serving in the mission field in the future.
Promote Sharing the Gospel
To expose men and women to the vast number of opportunities to share the gospel in everyday settings, to dispel fears of presenting the gospel, and to challenge them to provide their family, friends, and community with a consistent Christian witness.
To develop leadership skills in God's people, and to encourage them to use these skills in Christ’s Kingdom.
Foster Christian Relationships
To build new relationships, to encourage one another spiritually, and to keep each other accountable to God’s Word.
Working with Churches
We always work with established congregations and/or missionaries, instead of traveling to areas where no one can do follow-up work after we leave. Our motto is “Serve, Proclaim, Disciple,” and everything we do on these trips is based on our desire to serve Christ and His Church and to proclaim the gospel and to see the nations discipled. Our goal is to aid and implement the programs of the host congregations, instead of taking our own agendas or programs to mission sites.
