- $2,400 USD (includes international travel, food, lodging, supplies, and travel in Costa Rica)
- Flight Information:
- Participants will have flights arranged from a nearby International Airport to San Jose, Costa Rica. From the airport in San Jose, the team will travel by bus or train to Cartago.
Have you had opportunity to take some Spanish language classes in High School or College and now are wondering how Christ might use your newly acquired skills, or how He might help you further develop those skills? Perhaps you should be part of a mission trip to Cartago, Costa Rica this summer!
This team will be working with four congregations in Costa Rica this summer to serve and to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. Part of the time will be spent this year in preparing for and serving in a vacation Bible school effort being planned by the congregations. If God raises up individuals on the team with construction skills, there may be some other tasks undertaken for the mission school building or for the four church buildings. Please let us know of your skills when you apply or in an advance email. There are also some opportunities for people to serve the mission schools to Teach English as a Second Language for longer term. Please inquire for more information.
Skills in Spanish are not required but certainly are helpful.
